Well, I (Actually) Got Him A While Ago Through The Recruitment's "Exchange" Center Section Of The Recruitment Interface Which Costs (About) 1,300 Moon Scrolls For 1 Of His Fragments (That Is As Such Though), Anbu San
ya me too, then we got tons of free frags at 3v3, so people either got him 3* for free or upgraded up to 4*, all that is ok with me, but the problem that was within 6 months from now if i remember correctly. not sure if his frags where somewhere else as well, but i am certain of 3v3.

this part is generally speaking, not directed to Esponix san
why give us ninja who are no where at events for ages and last time they were for free 2-3 years ago (cus myoboku etc... is a highly wanted slot) while we can get not a single ninja there for 3 whole months at it (myoboku)
or giving us same ninjas we got within 2-6months over and over instead that more pleasant to larger number of players of course! -
