we are having the same problems too
we can't matchmaking in 3v3, arena, and other x server quests, and the loading processes often fail and couldnt proceed further.
please help and we hope we will receive some compensations in return if possible for these problems

Hello, this is currently known and was reported. We were informed that it would be fixed as soon as possible, but were given no other information. For now, what server are you having this issue with, and I will report that to them as well.
