Being able to participate in Zenith was also thrown out ot the window there goes the 3k coupons you could earn there... This is getting really though now to participate in our server.....

Honestly, if we dont get compensation FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE, ive spoken to a lot of people and all of them will quit. that would be th eultimate disrespect after this whole mess...

just saying.. but its oasis they gona give you 200 coins and 2 refine packs and 1 charm pack . the usual compensation that isnt compensation

Brainstorming: Add up the value in coupons. It will be easier to compensate using one currency. Pickle gives an estimate for the coupon value of most resources. I realize this responsibility falls on the other side of the street, but helping with this part may speed up the actual fix.

Game seems to have started working. Normally this would be a cause of celebration, but this has happened 3 times already. Hoping this fix stays....

In addition compensation must be good. We had 1st exodus of players when flash died, 2nd after this had been on for quite some time. 3rd is likely to happen, if players feel insulted by too small compensation after most of the game was unplayable for 12 days messing up lots of rewards we would have gotten.

In addition, add Space-times strongest rewareds to list what we're owed. Most of us who had enough points droppend out during 1st battle, because we coudn't take part but opponent from other server that didn't have this issue could. Many losses that auto battle or comparision of power would have given win in, when asking about it.

Yes, Im glad that the Dev guys did their work, now its time for Community management to step up anf offer fitting compensation for not having a big part of the Game missing for so long.

The rewards we all 100% missed due to the failure would be the absolute baseline to atleast put us on the same level as the players who were not affected.

That includes all Arena based Events, the Rewards for Special Arena, 3V3 rewards, Spacetime and probably others I am forgetting rn.

Seems the issue was fixed , the game is working as it should for the last 2 days .I have yet to see the compensation though. Personally I would be satisfied with 4000-5000 coupons , I can't talk in the name of the other players though. But knowing Oasis, probably we will receive like 20 dangos and 50k coins and maybe like 10 medium refines if they feel extra generous. If they pull that stunt most likely 80% of the players from the cluster will quit , and then the rest will follow.

I would've assumed an amount of coupons closer to a fuku, ~35k.

I got a reply to support ticket I sent. It told compensation will be everything players lost. Let's see is Oasis idea of "everything" same as active players "everything". We'll have to wait till compensation arrives to see how theory meets practice.

They are staying realy silent about what and when with our compensation i got it confirmed on multiple ways that we would get compensation. But what and when is still realy unclear

There's been talk between spenders about not recharging till compensation is sent (and it's good). The longer you keep not giving us compensation you have promised, the longer you don't seem to get money out of our cluster. Just giving you heads up what's happening in our server cluster nowdays.

On personal note: Please don't make us wait for compensation as long as you kept us waiting for fix in x-servers.

We have been inquiring in regards to the compensation for this issue, and currently the devs are trying to figure out the best compensation to send to the players, and hopefully this process is completed soon.

Hope all player on the cluster will get the same reward (good ones of course ^^)

Trying to figure out?? What is there to figure out? We missed out on all cross server events, people already made lists in here. And they need a whole week or more "to figure things out"????

It's not too late for the player side to organize and start the compensation discussion.
