Day 10 and we still got this issue. Hoping something good happens on monday, when workers come back from weekend holidays. Not much hope for anything happening today.

This is just unheard of.... Day 10 and nothing has happened or fixed. Little to no info on how things are on this issue. I think by now it is safe to conclude that they will not solve this. No other game lets their player base down for 10 days in a row.

My thinking about this case is that we will have 2 w8 even longer bcs of CN new year and their solution might even be merge with other server, bcs then they will not have 2 fix it they will just have 2 replace code or whatever gone wrong,

you must be kidding me right? Chinese New Year is on February 12th..... That means a total of at least 4 weeks of no gameplay. Nah by that time they don't even have to fix it anymore bc this for sure kills it. An update would have been nice. Sigh

Day 11 the bug that is disrupting our X-Server events is still going strong..... This is also starting to realy mess with seasonal almost 2 weeks out this is just really messed up that there is no fix yet.

bruh i feel bad for my homies and why is it just their server thats lagging im ona diffrent eu server and my cross evets are fine but when i go to my 396 acc i cant do anything i am glad i quit that account . you guys better give them good compensation and not 100 coins and 2 refine packs REAL compensation AS THEY MISSED fcking 10 days of cross server game play

imagine investing lots of money on a game that doesn't even work like cmon it kinda shows how unprofessional u guys are and shows why so many people have stopped spending or have quit and if players refund there account that means that ur basically scamming them as they only get 6month of there money back and not their full amount

its bit like all the people on the server throwing time effort and money in the air and only 10% comes back down

At least arena worked for a while. Then it went off again. And I don't think I'm only one, who still needs wins in arenas this week...

Is it really this hard to make fix stay?

Today the Arena and Space--time worked for few hours in the morning , now i logged in for sage and surprise... the issue reemerged, nothing is working again , no cross server events.

How can someone fix a issue 3 times and every time the fix lasts only few hours? .

I didn't want to get involved and write a comment, but that's too much. Guys,i don't know how good you are at your job, but obviously these two weeks when the game didn't work properly "SCREAM" clearly enough about you /your attitude towards us/ and your professional abilities. Now to everything that the people above have already mentioned that we have missed, we can add and Zenith Arena and the coupons that we won't take from there.

Good job of the whole team working on these issues... Take another two weeks.... Hopefully one month will be enough to fix the game and make it work normally as before... Then, in the and, scotch will be from me.. For the hard work that you've done..
