The 3 "Best", not necessarily the strongest right at this moment. I would say Karin Taka, Madara 10 Tails (BT), and Kisame Sharkboy (BT). 3 Best F2P right now, Kisame Sharkboy (BT), Madara GNW (BT), Sasuke Rinne (BT). But, probably add Naruto 6 Paths back to those lists once his BT comes out, provided it doesn't get nerfed in our version.

sasuke rinne (with BT) > naruto 6paths (with BT) > 10 tails madara (with BT)
Sasuke rinne with BT has a lot of support to make him OP(akatsuki etc...) + can counter the naruto 6 paths, thats why i think he is OP...
I have 1 question does sasuke rinn 3 star work good with kisame 4 star?

1. madara 10 tails jin full bt
2. minato edo tensei full bt
3. kushina red hot blooded habereno full bt, (kisame samehada fusion full bt is better, but it's hard to fully bt him (aka expensive)) 600-1000vials are needed if not more.
when naruto sage of 6paths bt is out he will be top 3.....

To me the 3 Best units would include:
1) A fast game turn 1 winner when it comes down to bp mown down for like swb/rogue
> eg. Kimimaro Halloween/Shark Kisame BT
2) A most versatile lineup esp for gnw/xgnw/db
> eg. quite some options there is no one for all me
ta anymore i think, anything from the still applicable/countering me
ta like the above or madara gnw bt, all the p2w op to new units like angel ss, kkz creation, sage kabuto bt, shisui kimono bt is breaking in.
3) Arena-non-bp lineup, 1v1 or 3v3, now this section i hardly study enuff and is fun for even more varied possibilities
