Just compare top 10 on these merged servers... (on S600 cluster, Top 20 is rarely below 900k).. that idea is really bad xD

Sure 1st how would free roaming be arranged by power would be a bad idea because the lower the power the more less active players so events would be harder like 9 tails it would take longer or you just won’t be able to kill it or u long in and join a random group of players that would just be sever hopping so there’s no point because how would hot topic events and seasonal events ranking system be based off? 2nd hot topic events for f2p players would be harder I’m pretty sure u know about ino’s flower and how f2p just stack stamina potions let’s say there’s 2 p2w in ever sever that’s 1,400 p2w rough estimate it would be nearly impossible for a f2p to be rank 1,2, or 3 in the event same goes with the other events u can stack your coupons for 1 year to spend Sakura flower if that’s what it’s called and a p2w can just get double the amount of coupons u have with ingots in 5 Minutes so the game wouldn’t be fair to f2p and it would die out 3rd what would be the point of starting the game u said severs 1-700 merge and 701-1500 if I’m right there would be know reason to join those clusters because u won’t even get top 100 as an f2p in a year same goes with p2w unless your an ultra whale 4th the sever would not be able to handle all the players on it and there would be frequent crashes let’s say your idea was added to the game for a month the number of players playing the game would go down I’m saying that from my prospective because for me as a player I won’t to be one of the best on my sever that’s the same reason most players play the game u take that away the game dies.

Every thing I said was common sense most people that play or played the game for 6 months could agree.

noone talked about server merges. cluster merge only mean that cross-server events get biger pool, like xGNW, SWB, Matsuri chelenge and SpaceTime

He named it cluster merges 1-700 which implies severs 1-700 are all added up together he even literally says that I quote “ whole English version put it all together in one sever from like 1-700 701-1500” next time read the post in its entirety.

He said in one sever not make the pools a bit bigger he said have severs 1-700 all in one image doing gnw or sage and ur on a new sever it would be more favourable towards the older severs and the game would die out because there aren’t new players coming into the game but I can agree on one thing that’s matusri Because it puts u against someone with similar power to yours.

To stop you all from going back and forth. Let's all just assume he meant a Cluster Merge as the title intended. A cluster merge does not mean merging servers into one as we have all done before. A cluster merge can be better seen as a cluster redefinition or cluster expansion. Servers will remain the same, but events like X-GNW, SWB and Space-Time that are cross-server, will now include a larger bracket of people. The reason a lot of people want this is because X-GNW for a lot of servers, is the same as normal GNW. There is 1 dominant group and no opposition, a cluster merge would at least make X-GNW interesting as the big groups from each server will now have competition.

The other reason is because whales have dominated their servers and now want to take on the rest of the whales, which currently can only be done through some luck in Decisive Bonds, and that is 2v2 instead of 1v1.

I for one, wish for a cluster merge because my 'server' is the same thing as my 'cluster' and that has become stale.

Cluster merges benefit in newer servers the most. In older servers, there are less players that are on average scale of power in comparison to the newer servers since they all left by now due to not being able to keep up. So for any whales on older servers, you may get more competition but you get a lot more opportunities to hunt down players you can beat. For players that aren't whales, your options do not open up significantly to warrant for a cluster merge.

Cluster merges with clusters besides each other (so s280-400 and s401-520) would be much easier to deal with instead of dividing all of the servers only into 2 clusters like OP suggested.

cant you see that we are fighting against same groups at cross server gnw, against same persons at swb and same persons at space time?

so, you are all saying that one person that freezes his level, afraid to fight against one f2p or one level freezer from older server?

or maybe you dont want this merge cause the swb will change, because they will have to devide the groups according the power, which is the most fair thing to be done?

It should be obvious why many people don't want this, weaker whales will have no chance at space time, weaker level freezers will have harder time vs more p2w/older ones. Some people worried cross events will get harder/impossible. Also i highly doubt they would start doing things by power instead of level, people are asking for that 4 years now, why do you think they will change it now.

just for the record i am from old server and i want cluster merge for 2+ years now because boring fighting same 20~ people, but it's very obvious it favours some and makes life harder for others, this will generally make game more fun for strong people and less for weaker ones, unless they change events to go by power which i think they won't.
