Hello, please try redownloading the miniclient, and hopefully it then allows you to spin the wheel.
Okay, try logging back in on that page, using your main account login credentials, and see if you can find your account that way. What exactly are you experiencing issues with in regards to downloading?
Do you have any previous versions on the client currently downloaded? Are they working? Do you also have any antivirus softwares running?
