Today, when I logged in to game through mini client, this is what I got.

1. My network is fine

2. I tried cleaning cache and all

3. Tried using vpn, still white screen

it was running fine till yesterday. Anything else I could do?

Try using a different PC. Don't load the game, just log in to Oasis.

I have the same issue as lord HTT, only it worked fine yesterday and was down today. I tried clearing cache and uninstalling/reinstalling. I reverted back to old client and got the same error as Heisenberg

The new mini client I downloaded is always showing Exceed Request time #3d402 and have delay loading in everything I always need to restart but it just still coming back.The new mini client I downloaded is always showing that in my game, I always need to restart everytime. My Internet is stable and still that warning showing... I tried opening the game in other like(browser, puffin, opera) and it worked smooth but when I try to log in again in the client the warning still there showing interrupting my game in the client everytime..

why i cant login coz of after input my id and pasword he goes blank screen and do nothing

Always lagging or delay in every interface(home,group,ninja,recruit,etc everything) had to reset the game everytime always Dc can't even play anymore in the client always this "Exceed Request Time" and some random numbers. I tried clear cache in the client and tried deleting and re installing the client with the link you provided but still nothing works same problem.

p.s. My Internet connection is stable nothing wrong with the connection when I'm browsing,watching,downloading,etc my Internet is smooth no problem.

Has anyone been able or knows how to make new client work in Wine for Mac? I tried but after installing it crashes everytime
I would also be grateful to know any news about a specific client for Mac, I am a Naruto Online player since years and seems ridicolous to me that in all these years knowing flash would have been closed, mac users just being considered as garbage.

hey Flash player that using browser just follow this guide i hope i can help cause browser is lighter that the mini client.

Facing a black screen. The game loads to 100% but then there's this black screen. I tried refreshing, cleaning up system, refreshing internet connection but nothing works.

Problem started on 15 Jan, around 13.50 server time

My Mini client has been stuck on a white screen, which doesn't allow me to play the game. After logging into the game it just takes me to a white screen. I have tried reinstalling the game but it doesn't change anything. I have also tried clearing up cache and cookies but it doesn't do anything. What should I do??

I had the same exact problem, I don't know how to fix it.

I have this problem as well I don't know how to fix.

I don't need updated client, I need to be able to play. Please just update browser or create a chrome minibrowser, I think people are more likely to quit from not being able to play rather than being forced to play on a slightly laggy client
