Right now the meta is mostly around the new Kisame BT. Other than Kisame, most people use edo minato or Rinne Sasuke. Not many people still use Naruto or Madara for that matter.

Yes theres returning rewards.

So after like 15 days of no activity on an account,well i think its 15 days you gain acess to returning rewards which is a stacking thing everyday your off after 15 you get cps,xp so for example i came back to an old account like 6 months no activity think i got around 3-4k cp and a bunch of xp.Also to note returning is stacking also,as in you return collect those rewards then if you go inactive again for over a specific time you can collect again - downside is all this inactivity kills your power ranking.

To correct this information though I might be wrong also but from my experience, the Will of Fire - Returning Player interface triggers after your account becomes inactive for 7 days at least, and the coupons that it will generate scales up, up to 4 weeks. After reaching 4 weeks of being inactive, I assume the coupon increase will stop at its maximum capacity. Also, the coupon rate will rely on the Character's level aside from the timespan of your account's inactivity. Let me know if I got it wrong here. Thank you.
