once you get minato in general he will be able to appear in your home and every five levels you can get fragments

Yeah I just got a frag just a day ago that's why I got interested in him. Too my low level I don't know how to get good fragments but there's one way thanks!

We are in version 6.0 jonin minato was a version 1.0 maybe 2.0 ninja. The don't really release ninja from the older versions. The only way you will get jonin minato now is if they put him in recruit or possibly give him away in fire works festival. You do get frags for jonin minato from home interface when you recruit any version of minato. But unfortunately it wont be enough to recruit jonin minato since at best i think you only get 40 frags for max friendship level with him. They have been releasing some of the version 2.0 ninja like madara 5 kage. So he might appear in monthly sign in eventually.

Man just save cupons, for about 16k u have edo minato (its just about 2/3 months saving cupons for f2p) and do it when fuku dfeals will be realse, u don't have to do all fcku just spend cupons when this event apper bcs u can buy minato and fuku will give u some power (sry for my eng)

edo minato is in events. he is usually in fire works so you should be able to get some frags for him tomorrow when events change
