To clarify, was your account blocked by Microsoft? If that is the case, they are the ones you need to contact to clear up this issue. If you are unable to log into that account, you may be unable to use it to log into your Naruto Online account. For this reason we recommend using the Bind Account option in the My Center section of your account profile to set your account up separate from your Microsoft account.
Again, you will need to contact Microsoft to get this issue resolved; we cannot unlock a lock that exists on their side.
