This sounds accurate from my experience too.

On my main i have spent a ton of money here and a fair amount has been spent during "luck" events, I have had easily a couple thousand spins in various shinobi wheels, I would love to tell you that I won a madara or shisui or anyone else but I cannot honestly do that. My thousands of spins have got me just 9 congratulations banners

6 powerful breakthrough packs, ( the one with 1 edo hashi or 1 madara founder frag)

1 1000 coupons

2 hidan akatsuki inception

And im not online as much as i use to be, but since some people are already 4 starring him from the first 3 days in this recharge rebate I was not the only one to get him twice in my server.

it somewhat makes sense to increase the drop rate, because he is irrefutably the worst character that the wheel has ever had and no one wants him, so increasing the drop rate for their least desirable character allows them, or more accurately allows the stirring mouthpieces of oasis, you all know the accounts I mean, in these forums to say " they are trying, oasis are trying to be more generous, see? the wheel isnt rigged" it allows them to give a false pretense about their company and the "rng" events without giving any prizes that could otherwise make them money.

If anyone is interested hidan appears to be either bugged or the skill description is wrong, as the only prize ive had, I beat my head against the brick will of his uselessnes to try and find some use for him, even when teamed with kakuzu and getting 2 standards per round he has not once reduced his cd, I cant say if its a bug or a mistake in the skill description but I can tell you from my first hand experience it does not reduce, ever

I sincerely hope not, suigetsu is nice, but the other 2 are so useless they are not worth recruiting, I am a collector type player but unless those characters were completely free, like in fireworks or 3vs3 for example I would not recommend anyone even bother recruiting them, waste of time and coupons.

Also, I think this should be all the evidence needed for oasis to fire their current gl's and get people who will actually fulfill the job description, anyone, and I truly mean anyone could do a better job than whoever we have now, it is their role to gather intel from players about events,characters,hopes, complaints, suggestions,mood etc, and if gl's had paid attention to a single player from a single server of any age they would have been able to give oasis the feedback that single character fuku's, unless the character is very good will be received by complaints and negative posts in the forums aswell as result in a week of low spending, either oasis are paying gl's and not reading their reports or the current gl's are not fit for their duties, whatever the reason, a week this blase where the only thing we have is great plates, on top of 4 other sleep inducing boring weeks could have very easily been avoided

This is not a self shill, I am not on here enough anymore to reasonably gather much information, but oasis desperately need people who will tell them what they need to hear not what they want to hear, yes men just nodding their heads and collecting their coupons benefits nobody but themselves

Am I blind or is event feedback not even a thing anymore? We all know they never read a single word of our feedback, but that was the last shred in the act of oasis pretending to acknowledge that their customers are human beings, the last time we had the survery was 24th september, has that also been done away with now?

If so it is one more nail in the coffin confirming that oasis have no plans to continue this game, since the platform is already long dead now
