as someone who has had thousands of spins in shinobi wheels and slot machines over the years I can tell you the only prize I have ever gotten have been 3rd slot "lucky" packs from slot machine, and only ever have got myoboku stuff/skill trial stuff from shinobi wheel, 4 years, more money than I care to think about and no "luck" for myself, or for anyone else in my server too

There's a way to always get the 2nd prize. The odds for the 1st prize is quite hard. Of course as a rule of thumb, I will not spoil it here they will fix it as soon as I mention it. I got kimimaro halloween, 40 frags or ronin, and sasuke rinne 5 stars that way. I've only recharge 5 times, and 5 out of 5 I got the 2nd prize wether it be crazy slot machine or shinobi feast. I'll give you a hint, you will only got 1 100% sure 2nd prize for one of those wheels.

And are you so kind to explain us if of course you are aware how this RNG works? From what i know it reward mostly players with low power or returning players and when i started on my server it was like myth that you get the ninja from lucky stars or wheel of fortune in the first k of coupons/ingots or you will not get him at all doesn't matter how much you spend. For me it kinda worked when i got Tobirama[Edo] from wheel of fortune, i was returning and i spend like 800 coupons. But it worked only once and i STRONGLY recommend you all not to do so. Something else that we should be aware with this RNG?
