Dude... as a relatively new f2p player,
I don't think his role is over ( except for hose high level guys ) cuz he goes well with konh ninjas and almost all ninjas have the konoha tag. Also thanks for the info about fragments refinement but only really old players can actually obtain him through that. I think there should be another way to obtain him or he should come up in some future events.
You know this poster is a bot right? Don't reply to them....
Also, that is false that only old players can gain iruka via refine. You just need to work on 5* characters since is simple if you max out characters like hinata and sasuke.

besides its not exactly easy to 5 star characters..... although it would be cool to obtain iruka from events other than fragments refinement

nk he posted? Only bots post random li nks.... Back in 2017, I created *t and it took me about 4 months to get iruka just by farming. If you think that's hard then that's on you. As a f2p, you shouldn't be spending your coupons on ninjas you can get else where if you care about being competitive. You could be using those coupons on event ninjas or power items.
