If Ultimate Training could reset once in aeons. That would work too. Once you manage to complete all 3 sections it's pretty useless. And you are left with 80 frags of Tendo with nearly zero chance of upgrading his stars. Guess they like to make a big deal out of obsolete ninjas.

That's cause, you're meant to save those frags and recruit him manually so you only need 20 frags to 4* him.

But I drew tendo twice in the treasure thats why. They were both free draws,but I did spend a lot of scrolls.
