I can build you some teams but it'd help me before I do that if you could tell me which BT you have on these ninjas:
- Iruka
- Sakura [Cloak]
- Asuma [Wind Blade]
- Danzo
- Gaara
- Kurenai
- Tsunade

you are close to 4 staring choji gnw, he is a pretty good pos1 and you can make teams with support for him like iruka, danzo or shisui. also he scales by healing so you can put him with a healer or guy (life recovery on damage)
jonin minato is always fun, been using him with kurenai and shisui for a long time before i got some me
ta (make sure to have his bond mystery) another option is 4 staring chojuro and using him with mangetsu and another hidden mist unit (like haku with water/wind barrier)

Yeah. I would also suggest 4 starring and then BT'ing GNW Choji for right now. You could use a team like this:
For this team, switch Tsunade's mystery from the +2 version to the Y+2 version, since she's going to be primarily a support healer not an attacker.
In the meantime you can go with this:
Would be better if Kushina was 4 stars but should be ok considering you have a bunch of shields from Iruka, Earth main, and Bee.
Or you could use this, used to be a pretty standard team:
