ription of the problem you are experiencing: Earlier without the VPN I used to log the client and play the game but now the game loads but does not open up (Black screen). If VPN activated then the game loads. However VPN is not free. Screenshot of the error page : Attached
Operating system : Windows 10
Screen resolution : 1920 x 1080
Your computer time zone and your country : Time zone in India (GMT+5:30)
Are you using VPN ? : At present YES.
The issues has been there from 01/07/2020. Please help !!

Hi,
As instructed, I have done but the problem is still the same. However, If i connect via VPN the game loads. Without VPN the game loads to 100 % then the black screen appears. Earlier for past few months, I have been plaything without connecting to VPN. I have also gone through various thread as posted in troubleshooting. But yet the problem is the same,

Me too. It has been happening since yesterday morning. I have tried these but like I didn't change anything day before yesterday. So how did the changes happen?
That is what is bugging me :(

Hello, do you guys experience these problems on both browser and miniclient? Or is it just one?
Same issue for past 2 days happening to me on both miniclient and browser.
The loading stop for a moment at 49% and after that a loading error of some kind showup and boom blackscreen.

same issue here too. haven't loged in for 2 days because of this problem and i hope we will be compensated for the inconvenience after they fix the problem. Both clint and web isn't working. For me it stops at 54% and flash isn't supporting. I did all possible countermeasures to solve the problem by myself but its hopeless. Please fix it ASAP.

has your game started i dont know why but mine started working and i didnt do any changes

I checked the flash too. It is up to date and is working well in other games.

I tested the servers mentioned in this post, and they seem to be operating normally, with other players being online and playing. Please ensure that you have the most recent version of flash downloaded and let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

I have checked the same and also un installed & re-installed Flash & Mini Client. The same problem is occurring. Please help us we are missing the Fun, Friends, Events and Rewards.
