by the time the population of a server declines they already made money in it, they gain the most income at the first or maybe second week of the new opening servers because that's the scope of most new server events (7day stuffs) and where most cashers spend the most to be on the rankings, after that they can mostly leave that server running and just open another server and repeat the process over and over.
