Wassup boys and girl quick question and it's about relics and runes.

1. Runes : Is it better to max one to level 14 or just upgrade them all level 1 and after going for level 2 etc.

2. Relics : Is it better to max one or you upgrade them all to level 1 before going 2

When I mean is it better I mean is it more worth in terms of initative gaining speed.
