Imo killerbee 8tails broken is better then minato 4* broken and yes that is true minato's damage isn't that high I've fought many minato's with difference of 50k more actually and he still couldn't go through the kushina's shield or 1 shot other positions and Minato actually needs support ninjas killer bee is way better choice against immune ninjas since minato needs support ninjas he can't solo unless there's a big power difference he can't trigger his chase without other ninjas and in pvp support ninjas don't live for much longer so his chase and cd reduce is kinda useless or def/res reduce his standard does a lot of damage tho but you can't win just because of that other the other hand there's killer bee who goes through immunity and you can spam him everyround(depends on your hp) also he's recovers life everytime he gets attacked or if you're using reduce def/res passive which is also really good since it's stackable so the more you hit the weaker you get(in terms of defence) and he c*e his mystery and then chase to remove the immunity so i don't see why minato 4* is better ninja then he is and as for weaken status almost all ninjas are immune so that's just useless
