I see some people had accounts and when he fully came out they got him at like 250k power, and then other say 60k, just wanted to know cuz i wanted to grind and i don't want to waste my time if I'm not strong enough. I complete training with 70k power,with Minato jonin.With ninjas these days,think is doable at even lower power.

In my case, i just got him like yesterday with 60k battle power around. But i was using different lineups for each training depending on what it requires.
