Great plates is a good event for getting kushina frags.

Great Plates are done, wait for the next Event Cycle.

It isn't hurting me, but it just shows me that you know where to find them on your own and you dont try, you are saving for 5.5k cpns like you said, then do it. Kushina frags are in spending events, Be mature and figure it out your own.

As for Kushina frags,she is 140cps in Naruto ramen,think that's the cheapest not rng I seen.

I wouldn't spend on that event personally, it is literally just a coupon sink that doesn't really net you anything else.

It's the cheapest but it isn't guaranteed she will be there. OP is asking where kushina will be guaranteed to be and where it is the cheapest to get her. That's a very hard question since majority of the ninjas aren't guaranteed to be a one single event. Without context and listening to your advice, OP would wait until naruto ramen to show up and wait to see if kushina would show up - if not, would complain kushina not showing up....

It's natural to seek help but it's your job after receiving help to learn for yourself. If you're going to ask for help everytime you don't understand one thing, you aren't going to enjoy things as much as compared to you feeling accomplished on figuring out an issue yourself.

She was in last 2 Naruto ramen events,that's why I say her price there.It's possible they remove her,I don't argue with that.

getting frags for free each week is maybe better choice then spending on her. She is in events every week,

But in my opinion cheapest event is maybe SAkura (one with food boxes ).. Kushina was there few times for around 10k for 80 frags. But she is not there this week. You can get 14 frags for free from Missions General Mobilization. Getting her for free like this will save you a lot of CPs at end if you decide to buy her

The best event is one where u are guranteed to get frags, at a flat rate. Ramen, Mission Card Event, but Ramen is the cheapest

Thats the price for Kushina in Naruto Ramen event. And i know i saw her for 10k or less.

But as everyone got different answer on your question you c*ways join one of the Naruto discord and check prices there. They post prices every event cycle and they are never deleted. So you can compare prices for last few months. But difference in price is not that huge.

But when ever she is up in Naruto Ramen or time limited shop you c*e your extra stamina pots to gain extra ramen/limited points. i got my kushina to 4 stars without spending any CPs. Just be careful because you can get only 20 ramen per day. And there is no limit on how many limited points you can get. Just save ur stamina pots untill then.

On average Kushina Habanero is 132 coupons/frag in events where you can spend coupons to get her. So, to get your remaining 46 frags will likely cost you ~6200 coupons. To get her to 4* and make her useful through breakthrough you will need ~13200 more coupons. So, ~20k in total. Her lowest ever event price is ~107 coupons/frag, but we haven't seen near that price since early Feb.
