Being in the game for over a year now, I have close to 200 free draws in Tendo treasure.

I also have 80 frags of Hashirama and Tendo yet to be recruited, which i got from ultimate training and mission box.

My question now, is should i spend 200 seal scroll to get 1 of them to 4 stars? Assuming I will be able to get the other 20 Hashirama frags from bonds or next release of ultimate training for Tendo.
