Here you go, this is what I would suggest for you right now.

Minato's mystery is nice, since it causes interruption and suppresses super armor. It also has a pretty decent combo that follows off of it in this team. Guy is there because he's your only 4 star ninja right now, and he's pretty good in the early game. He will be most helpful to the team due to the life leech he gives when any ninja on the team uses taijutsu damage (all these ninja's mysteries use tai and ninjutsu damage so they will heal whenever they use their mysteries; everyone but Fire main will heal when using their standard and chase attacks). Tenten is there to benefit from Minato's passive that gives life to female ninjas when they do ninjutsu damage, so she will get that healing from her mystery. She also does nicely in combos with this team and increases the critical hit rate. Finally, Fire main is there for round 1 control with his mystery and debuff reflection.

So how this should work in battle: Round 1, use Fire main's mystery on an opposing ninja who you know is going to set up either a barrier (Gaara, Sasuke) or use shields (Earth main, other Fire main users). In Round 2, use Minato on their pos 1 ninja (or whoever they are going to use to attack with turn 2). In Round 3 it's up to you to use either Guy or Tenten, depends on if you wanna interrupt a mystery (use Guy) or do damage to the entire team but not stop any opposing mysteries (use Tenten).

Here's another team you c*e in the future when you've upgraded some of your current ninjas to 3 stars (Sasuke and Kimimaro) and get the ability to change mains.

Lightning main is the main damage dealer, who you're gonna be using in round 2. He also makes himself, Kimimaro, and Sasuke immune to debuffs and buffs their attack (5 rounds) and resistance (2 rounds) which is nice. Kimimaro is a good tank unit, as his defense and resistance increases each time he's hit and he can block 1 standard attack each round. Kabuto is a good support to Sasuke and Kimimaro, and also is the team healer. Sasuke is there to set up his barrier round 1, which will strenghten Lightning main, Kimimaro, and Sasuke himself. This team also has good combos.

How it works in battle: Round 1, use Sasuke's mystery. If you want to use both Sasuke and Kabuto's mystery in round 1, you can switch Lightning main's standard attack to Calm Mind, which will generate 20 extra chakra. Up to you. Round 2, use Lightning main. And then in round 3, use Kimimaro.

Sure. So, the first team is just a variant of the Suit Minato team I gave you for Fire main, except with Wind main in pos 3 instead. It's actually a little better than the Fire main team since Wind main can boost Minato more and their chases combo off each other.

Pretty much the same directions apply here as with the other version of this team, just now there are more people to benefit from Minato's health gain for female units and he is buffed more by Wind main's wind enhancement passive. Also, you can do his mystery in round 2 and 3 thanks to Wind main's round 2 mystery that resets the cooldown to 0 for the other 3 characters.

You want to make Ninja Dog Pakkun your Summon Mystery here, so it should look like this:

This is very important. You need Pakkun as your summon so he and his other dog friends will run across the field before Wind main uses her mystery. They will break any dodges the opposing team's ninjas might have (like if they are using Shisui, Minato, someone like that) and allow your main's mystery to hit the target you want without issues.

This team might look kind of strange but it could have potential. Having Hinata in the back in pos 4 probably makes it look like I have no idea what I'm doing making a team, but she is actually not there for her shielding in this case. She is purely there because a) her chase causes acupuncture and b) she is a female unit so she will get life back from attacking thanks to Minato and get a shield + immunity from Wind main's flower guard passive (you could also use Taisho Haku, but you wouldn't get this second benefit).

The whole idea with this team is to hit a lot of targets with Wind main's mystery round 2 and to acupuncture an opposing ninja with the chase that follows off of that mystery. If you pick your target right (figure out who you think is the most likely of the opponent's ninja to try attack you in round 2, it's usually the ones in pos 1 or 2) and target them like this, you could shut down their main mystery in round 2 which is a super important damage round. If you don't think you're going to move first with your pos 1 character (Wind main) in round 2, then target the team's healer with this mystery/acupuncture combo chain instead. If they don't have a healer, then just pick whoever you think will mystery in round 3 on their side.

So it should go like this: Round 1, use Hinata. It doesn't matter that much since she's not in the front, but this team doesn't have any other mysteries available to use in round 1 and it'll keep some damage off her. Round 2, use Wind main's mystery like how I described in the paragraph above. In round 3, use Minato. Round 4, Guy. Then you can just keep cycling through their mysteries as they become available again.
