ription of the problem you are experiencing : My nagato is 4 star unit, has been skill breakthrough last time but now cannot do skill breakthrough anymore for some reason. Skill trial is working fine. Screenshot of the error page :This is my current Nagato skill breakthrough page.

i suggest changing 1 skill back to plus (+) state, then refresh game.
im thinking that: the branch (Y) state cannot be breakthrough, so when u are using all 5 branch, the breakthrough tab is disabled
Wow... I can't believe it at first, but this method works... as crazy as it sounds.. man, apparently if all skills is set to Y you cannot skill breakthrough anything as (Y) state lock that skill making it able to interact at all.. so as long as long there is one skill is in the +1/+2 state it enable again. And apparently you don't need to refresh the game but only need to close your ninja tab out that is.
