I agree with Narsby. if you face another fire main who is in spot 7, they will sleep you before you have a chance to activate your mystery. and if you have a clone, hopefully you can take out your enemy before your clones dies or goes away. and what's the point of putting Neji in spot 5? There's not gonna be any clones in front of him so I don't understand the intention. He needs initiative for his mystery so putting him in 5 seems to be a drawback.
