Nah, level freezing is pretty much dead on older servers. You still run into plenty of p2w level freezers. swb is so compressed, that a group mate of mine that is level 78 was matched against 104 level people.

It's worth it if you can stay below level 90 that way you don't get plundered by the strong level 105 people.
