Take this with a pinch of salt, but I'm pretty sure the new cluster starts with s1408 for EU. The reason I believe this is because no servers (to my knowledge) have cross-server events like training grounds, cross-sage, cross matsuri or space-time after s1404. It's entirely possible we will only get cross once our cluster gets formed up.
