I prefer Kankuro instead of Chiyo. She is pretty useless. Change Zabuza to Hinata for off use Main+Kakashi :)

Most intelligent player when 1 ninja on your team is dying or die, the enemy can attack Chiyo. Except they dont have acu + interupt ninja :loveliness:

Don't have Orochimaru, nor do I have Deidara, so I don't know what works well with them. However, I am currently using a lineup which work really well. It is tanky enough and amazing DPS. You'll need every passive to use it though (so I think lv50 or 55).
I use these ninjas :

X - X - X
X - Zabuza - Azure Fang
X - Sai - Haku

The summon isn't a necessity, but it helps since the one to finish the combo is Haku, who can't kill...
Anyway, Haku must be 3* at least, and I am also using Sai 3* and Zabuza 4*

The talents are :
Water Style - Super Shark Bomb
Water Style - Flowing Whip
Water Style - Shark Bomb Jutsu
Enhancement of Water style ninja
Water Clone Jutsu
Summon Jutsu - Kyushoku Deer

Water Style - Flowing Whip can be replaced by Healing Jutsu if you prefer.

The way I use my ninjas depends on my opponent's lineup. If they have an Accu, try to make them Accu Sai first round. If they have a barrier user, make sure he won't steal Haku's barrier
It usually goes like this :
1st round : Sai + Haku
2nd round : Main
3rd round : Zabuza + Sai + Haku

With a good enough initiative, Zabuza have no problem using Hidden Mist before Midnight Blade casts his Lightning Armor, so he can debuff him before he gets immune to debuffs, and made him skip his 4 standards. However, he cannot cast it first round.

I don't have 1 on 1 screen to show you, but I can show you the screen of my Survival Run. This lineup made me unlock the sweeping of the first 9 opponents :


At this moment, I was groupless so my power was down to 13'996 instead of 16'430 and my opponent was at +/-16'200, but I still beat him in 3rd round

Advantage: Poison stacks + ignite nuke really hard, immobile + acupuncture are perfect.
Disadvantage: My gnw Kiba is only 2* so he's quite squishy however, water mc heal can fix that somehow.
Note: For PvE, put Hinata to the first rank.

You need to level up and catch all summons if you want to use cool ninjas on team, without them you can't be picky, you won't find better team then something like Hinata/Sasuke/Kabuto or Hinata/Kakashi/Sasuke at low levels.

This is probably best you can do atm if you want to use those.
