From what I have found, this error typically occurs due to an issue with the downloading process, redownloading it should help, after ensuring all previous miniclient files are entirely deleted from your computer.

Thank you for the reply, yes, I have gone through and removed all clients and even downloaded the client again and still got the same error message again with what I posted in the first post. And I don't think I have the old client download from before.

Do you have any antivirus software installed?

Yes, I have already disabled it and it still gives me the InstWriteFileError.
