Well, I would switch out Kurenai for kakashi. I've heard a lot of people say that karin isn't that good but it kind of depends on how your using her. If your using her as a healer then she isn't that good, but for poison she's pretty good. Hinata is really good in my opinion, so keep her. Guy also works pretty good

If you want to use Itachi: His mystery will give you 100 chakra each round so you should use that to your advantage and put ninja that use a lot of chakra out there. But also keep in mind your combos and how powerful your team will be. I tried using itachi, naruto, and kankuro with the wind main. But yeah, itachi is pretty good if you use him with the right people
