I was bout to say save for madara in great ninja war treasure but he's a 1k pull but i think someone that would be good to go for is edo roshi or edo yagura, save to 194 seals and then during a recruitment feed back event spend them, the rewards should help u get the remaining 16 you need to get edo roshi or edo yagura and which ever one you go for, go for their breakthroughs

You do know, that Roshi [Edo Tensei] or Yagura [Edo Tensei] without breaks isn't even a great ninja, and on top of that he needs to use Jinchuriki ninjas to make him viable. The Time Limited Treasures are also really annoying treasure because you can pull dupes back to back

So his best bet even though he doesn't want it is to go for GNW Treasure. This game is all about being patient anyway, if you are a f2p player or low spender. Although in GNW Treasure he can get Naruto [Kurama Mode], as his first super rare. But at least he is then guarenteed that Madara Uchiha [Founder of Konoha] is his next super rare.

True but he better pray he get rly lucky like one of my friends who got kurama naruto for 187 seals or 184 not sure

So best by your opinion is to wait for GNW treasure ? How much scrolls are needed for guaranted kurama naruto ?

It is still the best treasure to invest in as much as possible. Jinpachi, Edo Sasori, Kushimaru being really good starting Edo team. Then you have Edo Hashirama as the "ultra rare", then Madara Founder for amazing Konoha Support or Uchiha Support.
