A showcase of damage differences between:
0% atk/nin
30% atk/nin (EM buff)
70% atk/nin (+Danzo barrier)
100% atk/nin (+WB asuma)
100% atk 120% nin (Danzo ninja assist card)
Also don't forget this was done on kakashi clones so in real fights there are other factors like defense/resistance/injury etc
1. No buffs
2. 30% atk/nin buff
3. 70% atk/nin buff
4. 100% atk/nin buff
5. 100% atk 120% nin buff
Surprisingly it actually followed the normal logic of a 2x damage increase with 100% atk/nin buff

if i use WB Asuma in my team & use Danzo as my assist card, will i get a total of plus 200% Att 220% Nin at the start of a battle ?
You are misunderstanding it. "100% atk 120% nin (Danzo ninja assist card)" line means adding the danzo card to all the previous lines to get 100% attack + 120% ninjutsu bonus. So he used Earth Main Buff and Danzo barrier buff and WB Asuma Buff and assist card buff to get a total of 100 attack buff and 120% nin bonus.
If you could get 100% att / 120% nin bonus by just using a ninja assist card EVERYONE would be using it.
