problem with miniclient

this started few days ago, nothing was changed in computer settings, 9 of 10 logins look like this.

And cant solve the problems - i have very good computer, all updates is uptodate, no problems with flash player and other games, so problem is with miniclient (reinstalled too) Screenshot_1

have the same problem tried 30 times to log in with mini client and fails everytime tried the clear the cache that they mena will solve it all and it did not....
