The holiday collection scroll is very broken, it takes on the name of the last scroll you had open, and takes the last ninja in the middle of the last column from it, and if no ninja is there in the other scroll, shows a blank ninja. My whole collection scroll went missing after looking in the holiday scroll.

Looks like a visual bug first thing to do is , clear cache(click the wheel thing on mini client and click Cleanup System) . Then try flushing your dns (go to command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns). Then try updating your flash player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . ;) Keep post what happened after you tried these solutions.

I have tried all of these before making my original post and once again after yours (in case of a silent patch). Nothing has changed, it's still bugged. If it was a visual bug this should have solved it but since someone else mentioned the issue with blank ninjas, this most likely has to do with faulty returns in the game's code after the new update. In theory it should be a really simple fix (if that's what it is) but this bug is quite literally costing me days of progress.

Same here but instead of Fuu, had kakashi beheading sword displayed. it was working well till around 50mins ago it became blank all of a sudden even though i was checking it 2-3 mins earlier when i cam back to redeem ninja before new day by server time it became blank :/

me too, please fix it.... after opening holiday scroll zzzz... that happened... please fix it, i love this game

Looks like you have to contact customer support using ? *on on the mini client. Seems to be server side mess up so.

Mine still does not work after clearing cache, cookies, dns, and using a browser that has never been on the site at all. Once it breaks in one browser it breaks in all of them, tried chrome, firefox, opera, mini client.

Done and provided a link to this thread.. Here's hoping they fix this soon.

i got this problem too, i play 3 ID, my main acc got blank so i try open other ID to see blank or not and its still normal, but after i open that last scroll that scroll holiday after 3-5 mnt i re-open again its got blank, and i try to last ID try to same pattern open scroll holiday and after that got blank too. and now all my ID cant open that collect ninja

ya, it happened to me too after opening the holiday scroll, i tried all methods other players mentioned here and didn't work for me.

Got the same problem as well since I opened that new scroll yesterday. Thought it would be fixed by now but it still isn't...

Same problem, cache cleared, DNS flushed, flash updated, not changes at all. Even tried logging into another computer on another network, both browser and client nothing changed. NO access to ninja collection

Same problem, cant buy lee 8 gates for nine-tails, epic fail :/

On S1298 I am having the same issue as well. Hope it will be resolved soon.
