Shisui is out of meta since a long time ago..think it as a step into right direction so f2p can at least try to compete...almost all the free ninja and seal ninja are very bad.As time goes value of ninjas lose..also with time you can collect them for free from event. F2P are quitting left and right and it is better to give them at least something to stay or enjoy..I mean we have fun beating the living zetsu out of f2p. Shusi was 20k recharge or spend...and u spent 8k coupons? that is like 4k ingots in the worst case...so nothing. I mean kauzu used to be like 40k ingots recharge/spend and 80-100 frags for each skill book...and they gave his frags away in fuku and other events+ released skill trial....was def not happy but was willing to compromise for the sake of the game due to it was being unplayable /boring with Naruto 6 paths meta. So on behalf of spenders and other players that loves this game and company let's say thanks for once...thanks for somewhat decent reward...but not thanks like a thing worth nerfing tho :)

Now I would love if they reduce the price of Ronin\Madara\Edo Hashi...current prizes are not feasible...better spend on power items at least for me and maybe put in a surefire event...I mean Ino event is untouchable if you in a really competitive server...good for dead servers tho.

I don't think Shisui is good for f2p. They are always slower which makes the automatic barriere useless. But he is nice for Arena...still hits like a Truck.
