Of course it doesn't matter. Sadly, people still don't know this. However, if you want to provide suggestions regardless it works, do it through the correct channels. Less spam occurs this way.

Posting it here just because no one looks in the bugs section has no logic as you want the attention from some one you think could do something about it instead of the general public (which would just end up being a discussion and not producing anything formal).
