Dear Ninjas,
starting on October 27th, Standard Time will begin for UK servers. As such, all servers' clock for UK region will move backwards one hour. We ask all players to be attentive to the game for mentioned date, if any player finds any bug concerning standard time for the UK region, we ask that you contact us and report your problem via this thread.

Please use the following format to do so:

- Server ID:
- Character Name:
- UID:
- Bug description:
- Country:
- Computer's Time Zone (Local Time Zone):
- Related Screenshots (Most Important. The Screenshot must contain the server time):

It should also be noted that by using an online UK time server, a UDP port will have to be kept open in the firewall for timing information to get through (port 123) which can be used by malicious users as a means to get into the network. For this reason Microsoft amongst others, strongly recommend an internal time source such as a dedicated NTP server should be used rather than internet sources of time MyPrepaidCenter
