As far as arenas go, the biggest problem is they'll probably be faster than you, so unfortunately you dont have too much to deal with agk except maybe use fire main with sealing jutsu

Anyway, for 6p naruto, one way to deal with it in arena is to just make it so he doesnt have the chance to mystery turn 2, which is where shizuka comes in. Her Knockdown to repulse chase increases mystery cd by 1, so if you get it off on 6p naruto, he doesnt get to mystery and you get to do your stuff cus most 6p teams just use some variant of earth main + 7bee and whatever suits their tastes for the last one [shisui for barrier, edo itachi for like 10 thousand support things etc.] and earth main and 7b wont contribute to turn 2 mystery stuff.
Hopefully to ensure it hits 6p for the chase, is kushinas job with her mystery after she gets hit enough, since shizukas standard rams a random line and is inconsistent, so pray she doesnt cause repulse. Along with that wind main uses harem jutsu to more often than not pop his dodge so you can start chases on him. Flower guard just cus 2/3 girls will get the flower buff [wind main + one more] for shield and is the overall safer choice. or just use wind buff if you want the damage but since everyones wind someones not gunna get it.

Uhh, 6p naruto if you want to have an overall all rounder good pos1, edo itachi for the literal do it all support, if you can afford it you can go for earth grudge kakuzu and break through him.

good evening...your ninjas collection is good surely and its holding splendid ninjas which they can be worthy to try on team formations..i will be giving few examples for all mains...yet so the arena is just like what terminallyfat said..it depends about the initiative of your formation units and depends also about the team tactics and plans and also about the player fighting wisdom during the battle....i hope you may find those examples to be an aid for you....

breeze dancer team

a balanced team with a wonderful support options that can. allow you to survive most of the battles situations....on this formation your depending at shizuka mostly...while having the rest of the team members to be nearly serving as a support to her...kurenai will be important here..since she will rescue your units from a near death situation and also being a problem to debuff ninjas in case they will try to aim at shizuka to drop a debuff on her or any member of your team..she will be a problem for teams with six path naruto also since she can reflect his truth seeking ball chase attack debuff....also with each time your enemy use a mystery with chakra kurenai will generate chakra for your team..this will be giving you the chance to use most of your team members mystery at a specific round....since all of your team members are females minato will be giving the full benefits of his talent for the team while also being a deadly threat by himself to your enemies...specially for super armor units combined with shizuka your team will be a deadly threat to super armor teams surely....using his mystery at the right timing will allow you to stop your enemy mystery attacks also ( up to 3 members the selected 1 and 2 by a random chance i think )..your main will be giving a wonderful protection support to the front lines with her clones which it will allow you to reduce the damage at the front lines by consuming your enemy standard attacks and chase attacks...reaching stage 2 and releasing shizuka mystery attack will allow your team to unleash a deadly chain of chase attack that can cause high damage..with such a team teleport ninjas and supper armor ninjas wont be able to escape shizuka mystery attack...this formation can be fatal to such teams if your enemy is having them...problems for you might be control ninjas i think...

with such talents you will be able to provide the front line with a great damage support....and providing protection with the clones which it can give you a slight advantage on the battle...using your main mystery at the right timing can be fatal to your enemy surely once you remove all the debuffs and the mystery cool down..they will face a harsh situation at the following round i think....the summon will aid on reaching your team chase attacks chain to the final stage....

a second breeze dancer team

nothing much to say here i think..its nearly the same formation yet its having gaara and sasuke suit for a slight better results on the battlefield....both of sasuke and gaara will be serving as a damage and endurance supporters for your main and shizuka..gaara will be important to counter your enemy barrier and giving a damage boost to your team (except sasuke )..he will be important since most of the arena teams use barrier ninjas...sasuke will be giving a special support for your main and shizuka only..combined with gaara support they will gain a dangerous rate of damage...your main will be also serving as a support to shizuka mostly..which it will results on putting most of your power support on shizuka to prepare for a fatal attack at round 2 that can cause an immense damage and triggering a deadly chain of chase attacks that will case harsh debuffs surely..it will be forcing your enemy to deal with a near death situation...problem for you here might be barrier changers and also control ninjas i think

as you see here..having such talents will be giving special support for shizuka flower guard talent will be giving your main and shizuka a high chance to resist harsh debuffs and endure much more damage surely in order to gain a better chance on successfully reaching the second round without any debuffs at your position 1 unit....the summon will allow your team to reach the last stage of the chase attacks chain...

a popular team with a beautiful harmony among the members that can result to a deadly team work surely..on this formation your depending at shizuka while having the rest of the team members to be serving as a support for your team...gaara work here is important surely and its as how its explained at the second breeze dancer team example.....samui will be here to give a special support for shizuka by giving a shield that will rise her endurance and also allowing her to become immune to most of the chase attacks ( except the chase attack that triggers with combo )...your main will be giving a wonderful support benefits for the formation members ( except gaara)...he will be also an aid to stop your enemy mystery attack at the action orders from 2 till 4..reaching stage 2 while having your team support still on effect..releasing shizuka mystery will allow you to cause a high damage and trigger a chain of chase attack aimed at a single unit ...that can cause dreadful debuffs..this will be a problem specially for none immune units..problems for you here might be barrier changers and buff removing ninjas and control ninjas i think....

having such talents your main will e giving a deadly damage support for shizuka and samui and himself also..calm mind will allow you to get many options on using most of your formation members mystery starting on round 1...this talent can provide helpful for example using gaara barrier and samui shield at shizuka will arm your team with a deadly environment surely....

a deadly team with a high damage support that can be causing a threat starting on round 1....on this formation your depending at the overall team working of your members...haku will be giving you the chance to counter your enemy auto barrier release and giving a damage boost ( to himself and your main only )...which it will provide your main a great damage boost to allow her on causing more damage with her mystery...sasuke will be as always special damage and endurance support for the front line..ino will be a high threat to your enemy specially at the first 2 rounds..since she will be healing your team members and removing debuffs from them while also causing a dangerous damage and a serious debuffs to your enemy... with her mystery she can. also remove shields and buffs and this can make her so dangerous for most of the teams nowdays....reaching stage 2 while having your team support combination still on effect..unleashing your main mystery will cause an immense damage to your enemy lines and triggering a dreadful chain of chase attacks that can cause serious debuffs and a high damage..with such a team your formation can be a nightmare specially to none immune units i think...problems for you here might be control ninjas and also buff removing ninjas i think...

with such talents... your main will be having a massive damage support combined with the overall supporting of your formation members you will be able to deal a high damage with your main surely...the summon will allow you to complete your team chase chain..and specially allowing ino to join the attacks chain which will reduce her mystery cool down and with it you will be able to use her deadly mystery starting on round 1 surely....

a secret jutsu users team with a wonderful damage and endurance support that can results to a harsh situation to your enemy surely...on this formation your depending at the front line mostly while having the back line to be serving as a support for the team...your main will be giving full benefits to all the formation members with his supporting talents surely...sasuke will be supporting the front line only with damage and endurance also....hinata will be important here since she will be giving you the chance to counter your enemy auto barrier release...your front line will be extremely dangerous starting on round 1 since you will be having a high chance to trigger either kushina or hinata mystery at the first round to cause a dangerous damage surely...if you managed to reach stage 2 while still having your team overall supporting on effect...triggering kushina mystery will allow you to cause a high damage and a chain full with deadly debuffs mostly aimed at a single unit of your enemy lines....this can be fatal even for immune ninjas..your team will be a problem for formations that depends on buffs or shields to win...problems for you might be also control ninjas and super armor ninjas i think...super armor ninjas will not allow your team chase attacks but it wont be causing much problems for you i think....

with such talents your main will be giving a great amount of damage and endurance support to the team...combined with your formation supporting this can arm your team with the ability to wield a deadly damage potential surely....the clone will aid on giving hinata a better chance to survive the enemy attacks and escape most of the chase attacks..this can provide her a better chance to stay alive in order to keep on causing a serious damage to your enemy....

a team with a massive endurance support and great damage support also which it can be giving you the highest terms for a long survival surely...with such an environment this formation can. allow kushina to be deadly...having her on your team to be the most unit to depend on..while having the rest of your team members serving as a support to her mostly...your main will be giving a great damage and endurance support for all the team members which it will be giving you the chance to endure much more while causing more damage surely...using his mystery at the right timing c*low you to trigger most of your members mystery attack at the same round..this can be dangerous at fateful moments surely...minato work here will be as how its explained at the first breeze dancer example team.....sakura will be here to rescue your formation units from near death situations and also removing debuffs from them..combined with your main endurance and shield supporting both of them will allow minato and kushina to survive and endure so much damage surely....for a slight better chance to allow sakura slugs to survive you can move your front line to the first line and leaving the second line empty..which it will be giving the slugs a high chance to survive your enemy attacks..by that you will be able to create more slugs for more healing and debuffs removing i think....reaching stage 2 while having your team support on effect and releasing kishina mystery she will be able to cause a dreadful damage to your enemy surely and starting your team deadly chain of the chase attack that can cause deadly debuffs and a high damage surely..having her and minato on the same team will be a high threat to your enemy since super armor and immune ninjas wont be able to escape your team deadly effect...problems for you here might be control ninjas also and chakra draining ninjas i think.....

a great team with a balanced damage and endurance supporting that can create a wonderful harmony among the team members to cause a dreadful damage to your enemy...with such a formation both sakura and hinata will be receiving a high damage and endurance support from minato and sasuke....which it will boost their damage to a high rate surely...sakura will be protecting hinata with her christmas tree in order to reduce the damage on her...hinata will be dangerous since she will release an auto barrier that will rise the damage for all secret jutsu users..she can be dangerous under the right combination of teams and tactics surely...when she use her mystery attack she will trigger a dangerous chain of chase attack that can cause deadly damage and a high damage to your enemy surely...

a special team with a splendid team working among the formation members that can cause a shut down at your enemy line which it will result on making your enemy deal with a dreadful situation...this formation is depending at the overall team working...having shizuka to be the one to be depending on the most on causing the damae to your enemy..kankuro will be dangerous once he start on generating chakra for this formation by triggering his chase attack..kurotsuchi will be a high threat to your enemy starting on round one and specially for none immune ninjas since she will be able to use her mystery at round 1 which it will cause a slow down debuff to your enemy line for 2 rounds..this will result on making a delay on their action orders which it can be a serious problem specially on such an early round and on fateful moments...with it your team will be able to act first while your enemy is suffering from a slow down debuff...it will be giving you the advantage to turn the battlefield to your favor...when shizuka trigger her mystery she will be causing a deadly damage and she will allow your formation to trigger a dangerous chain of chase attacks that will cause a great damage and also drain your enemy chakra leaving them with a no chance to use their mystery..while also gaining a massive amount of chakra to your formation which it will allow them to trigger their mystery attacks at the same round surely....
