I wouldn't mind seeing this happen as well. It doesn't fit with the naruto plot anyway... A konoha team plundering a konoha convoy. If it should stay, it would be a little more fair if the battles at least occurred in arena style format.

if someone plunder your alt before you, you cant get coupons

You have the advantage cause you know when it will run. If you have it open in 2 windows, you'll already be refreshing as the map loads. You are complaining about it now, but once you get strong enough to plunder, you probably won't complain about it. Unless you want to give up 1,500 easy coupons a month.

i know plunder is fun but i wont hurt their feeling

Maybe you're plundered always that's why you're suggesting this. I was plundered numerous times before but i shake it off because this is just a game. I don't even plunder even if i can now.I know the feeling but It's just a matter of perspective. My friends in our server have 2nd accounts which they usually plunder so not all are bad.

Don't want to get plundered? get strong.
Don't want to bother doing things right like waiting months farming resources for getting stronger correctly? Go play another game.

Plundering is one of the very few activities that give free coupons for everyone who is good enough (or for everyone enough smart to use your alt correctly).
All those people quiting because they get plundered wouldve quit too because they don't win wars, because they get farmed in sage world, because they can't do matsuri, etc.
This is a PVP game, find the way to make a place for yourself on top of your server or find another game, Naruto Online is not for you.

go play on china servers if you dont like creating *t account and plunder yourself

removing the coupons will make many F2P quit and the game will become a whale pond game instead

also, removing the plunder its impossible because its intrinsic within the game story, tazuna bridge etc

lets not forget the game started with 3 plunders per day, that's 150 coupons, and now its already have been reduced to 50+40=90
