Although I tried to connect to the server to check my charging statements, a notice suddenly appeared that server going to maintenance, wtf?

As the maintenance notice and it said server merger and it goes till 6 p.m.

So, the server should be open by now, but the server is still offline for nearly two hours after appointment time.

I shouldn't lose my charging money, did I? It's $2,600!!!


Did you really have to merge servers today, by the way?

Is there any important reason why you shouldn't do this on Thursday regular maintenance?

Thursday Maintenance is only for the updates of the new Events Cycle while this Maintenance (if your server is scheduled to be merged) is different from the regular one. If your server is one of the scheduled to get merged today that that's the reason. As for the reason why the maintenance is still in progress or your servers are still close past the said time, it is because we've encountered some technical problems while performing the merger.


Affected Players/Servers will be compensated accordingly due to this incident. Sorry for the inconvenience and Thank you for your understanding.

I am also a game developer and I have a good deal of experience in operating game servers, but I am very curious about the technical problem that it is difficult to proceed with updates and server mergers at the same time.

Anyhow, you still don't know when the server is scheduled to open?
