As well as instances you can farm said materials from, and even a treasure you can pull from (books and maybe materials but I'm not sure).

Evidently the part we got did always exist too, something I didn't know of, but its only a mere fraction of what she's supposed to be =\

Funniest part is it seems they forgot to remove a component of the missing 3 or so functions too, cause there's skill book pages on sale in normal shop.
