itachi kimono can't steal chakra and his barrier can't stop mystreys so I think madara(FKS) is much better

Kimono Itachi was made to "maybe" face new meta teams i mean Kakuzu and Sosp , his myst can increas cd by 2 , its beautiful to see Sosp has 3 cd xD
and if barrier is active you cant use Standar attacks when u have + 50 chakra , witch is the case for Kakuzu teams... it relay on chakra buff ..

anyway i still Think M5K is the best ninja in the game for me cauz im running debuff teams , his barrier take off immunity , buffs and barriers , and prevent myst and gives u time to think about the strategie xD , dnt forget about the chase that does crazy damage drain 40 chakra ....ect

so botom line is any exclusiv ninja is good if u know how to choose the right team

You are asking who is the best barrier ninja which doesnt make any sense, all barrier ninjas has thier specific strengths in specific types of battles. For instance, Madara FKS is perfect against shield buff-dependent opponents while Kimono itachi is for countering ninjas that rely on thier standards as a weapon ie. BT Kakuzu, ay 4th assuming you protect the barrier.
