I broke Kakuzu right when he came out, didn't have much vials/dust but I managed to get him near perfect. I recently bought three times as many dust/vials to further advance him and I ended up with nothing. I've talked to some other people in my server who've had similar issues, which leaves me to believe oasis has adjusted the chances of skill breaks. The General concensus of my server is skill breaks are currently Oasis's new bottomless pit for your money. It isn't a coincidence the top two most powerful ninja in CN/EN both have skill breaks.
