Think that's subjective. For me, I prefer teams with Tai damage, no healing ninja and short animations for skills. The reason for that is when you have a group of people fighting for 1st place, the video animations of a ninja like Shisui or Rinne Sasuke or SOSP it takes up more of the time then ninjas that don't have them thus fewer attempts in the long run at getting more damage in. If you want to know your best options with what you have, you should post your lineup for people like Angel or some of the other veterans to give you advice!

I personally run hashirama (partly skillbroken with Ninja God, Standard, and immune to debuffs) Iruka, Asuma WB, Fire Main.

One of the standard ones would be iruka, Asuma, LM annd Sasuke.
Could also be Iruka Asuma, Hashirama, Any Main.

One that worked better than the iruka/asuma combo was Shira in front, Yamato (Breakthroughs would be nice), Earth Main... and maybe Lee Breakthroughs or Asuma/Iruka.

Another good combination is Wind Main and use the scaling to increase damage. Then use ninjas that buff wind and chases comboes.

Fire main (stacked) edo hiruzen Skillbroken Hasirama Skillbroken Yamato.

one simple form can be earth main, lee full break (or shira) guy and yamato break

i had once wind main with combo hits attack kushimaru, ameyuri and edo sasori and give 2x attack to main (basically try to stack main)

those are 2 "free" forms

It's all about stacking buffs, so that really depends on what ninjas you have.

I run SB Yamato, SB EFG, AGK, EM. But for a long time until main skill changes I ran, FM, Hashi, Iruka, WB Asuma.
