his sealing jutsu is a kekkei genkai,also naruto's skill set doesn't include any kekkei genkai abilites but kakashi has sharingan moves which are kekkei genkai abilites.

  • sealing jutsu isnt kekkei genkai, its either juinjutsu like curse mark or scarlet blzes's celestial prison, or fuinjutsu like shiki fujin

    kekkei genkai means it can be inherited

    and about naruto

    Ao has kekkei genkai tag and he doesnt have byakugan moves in his skill set

hmm i have no other to explain it.
