obito has born with sharingan (a kekkei genkai), kakashi took it
son goku has born with lava release ( a kekkei genkai), naruto took it
his lava release is a result of bloodline trait, thats why its called kekkei genkai
naruto wouldnt be able to use lava release if he took only chakra, he took his kekkei genkai somehow
if he took only his chakra, he wouldnt be able to use lava release
when someone take or absorb only chakra from someone, he wont be able to use the other's kekkei genkai
but naruto could use son goku kekkei genkai, so he has took somehow more than just chakra, he has took son goku's kekkei genkai
1st of all: Kekkei genkai is an anomaly of the DNA that allows the wielder to use unique techniques (I took that from wiki). So everything runs within DNA and can cast special abilities is called Kekkei genkai
2nd: Naruto doesn't get lava, boil and magnet release from DNA, although those are kekkei genkai techniques. That makes him not having a Kekkei genkai tag. Also, all his skill set doesnt have any kekkei genkai skills. (Read through all the 5 things first before u argue with me on this)
3rd: Fire main chase of low float - repulse is a kekkei genkai skill (if your watch movie 4), thus he is considered having a Kekkei genkai tag.
4th: Kakashi use Sharingan, which is a Kekkei genkai, and when Sharingan was implanted into him, his DNA and Obito's Sharingan is connected, therefore Kakashi has a Kekkei genkai DNA. Same explanation to Ao with Byakyugan.
5th: If you look closely at all the Jinchuriki ninjas, only Roshi has the Kekkei genkai tag, not Han (Kokuo with boil release) or Gaara (Shukaku with Magnet release). It's because he alr has lava release in his blood. Son Goku just makes his abilities stronger. So the power taking from the Tailed Beast don't give you any change in DNA to be called a Kekkei genkai ninja. That explained why Naruto does't have that tag.

naruto use lava style rasen shuriken which its a kekkei genkai technique, then he should be tagged as a kekkei genkai, if the wiki is right, and it is

go to naruto uzumaki in wiki, he is a user of 3 kekkei genkais
about han, he also should have a kekkei genkai tag in game, bcuz he c*e a kekkei genkai's techniques, and even in wiki he is a user of boil release
A kekkei genkai's name describes the resulting technique : what does it have to do with the user? It's just a name... like when we hear wood style, we know that kekkei genkai describe that the skill involve wood, or explosion style, we know that kekkei genkai will have atleast bomb or explosion. There's nothing to do with the user.

Like i said: if you want to have a kekkei genkai tag, u have to have that skill within your DNA. Roshi, Uchiha, Haku, Hashirama, etc...
About Han, he uses a kekkei genkai mystery, but that kekkei genkai is from Kokuo, not from his blood, so no he does not have a kekkei genkai tag. Same to Naruto. He has 3 kekkei genkai, but he got them from Son, Kokuo, Shukaku, not from his blood.

As for Kakashi, his DNA combines with Obito's DNA in Obito's Sharingan when Rin transplanted the Sharingan into his eye. So Kakashi technically has a kekkei genkai DNA after he's transplanted, making him having a kekkei genkai tag. If you check the game throughly, Kakashi Shounen (kid) doesnt have the kekkei genkai tag.
