Like stated above, raising the Runes stones cap to LV14 is not the way to bring anything new to the game. There's a lot of systems that were barely improved that can provide that, tons of ninjas awaiting for skillbreaks and/or trial and more merges between servers and/or cross events so that daily events stop being so dead, which is what makes the game mostly boring, since fighting the same people over 3 years is dull.
