Hi! Sorry for the long wait. Our team has checked and investigated the Roshi [Edo Tensei] Skill. It looks like the skill should only read, “Causes Earth and Fire attribute damage and Ignition to up to 9 units of the opponent’s formation and cases Knockdown and Immobile to a selected opponent’s unit.”

What this means is that the last part should be updated and omitted, "When your Chakra is below 60%, this skill will do 20% less damage." Garv's guess was correct =p

I have reported this issue directly with the team in regards to the description and it will be corrected.
