As you can see it takes 30 fragments to get GNW Sai, and they can be acquired via a special event. Since on my server we're getting GNW Neji via daily sign-in rewards, it's likely GNW Sai will be released similarly in the coming months. This post was last edited by Phantasos at 2016-9-13 22:03

While, if you didn't look into it, you would notice that Sai specifies that it is event gained. However, were you to look at Neji fragments, it specifically states that it is gained from log-in rewards. As seen here:



tl;dr - Sai is most likely gained through a paid method, not through log in rewards.

The real issue is GNW TenTen is not available to f2p players and is also pretty op. And to answer your other question Iruka is another paid only character.

This is updated / changed when an event is introduced into the game that will allow for the ninja to be recruited.

CN server got GNW Sakura a little while ago.

I'm sure we'll be seeing GNW Sai, Hinata when she's released, Sakura, and all the other GNW ninja's. All in time. Whether that means shop or daily log in.

no wonder people say p2w smarks are ztupid ;P

that's like going into a restaurant and expecting them to give you any food for free.. smh.. you may get inside a resto for free and get a glass of water, but don't expect anything else, just like in this game you are playing for FREE so don't expect to get everything for FREE because the GOOD STUFFS comes with a PRICE you have to PAY, this is business and they have to make profits for them to be able to maintain and run it.

Well, then, there's your answer since all games, regardless of region, follow the updates accordingly to the Chinese version.

If there weren't any F2P Players you'd be playing by yourself within a few months.

There is no way to tell for sure when you ask player... But so far most of the ninja are obtainable by free2play players. Yes some will take really long to get but it's possible.
